SEATED OFFICER IS A DIFFERENT THING FROM SEATED PERSON

BYUAKUYA DIDN'T WANT RUKIA TO BE A SEATED OFFICER. HE DIDN'T CARE IF RUKIA IS IN A SQUAD OR NOT (as lower than vice-captain)
