most animes aren't direct 1:1 copies of manga, manga are often quite different.

elfen lied is actually quite close to the anime, but it ends about 33% of the way into the story.

A few minor things are different in the early manga to full anime but nothing much.

End is so T_T I was unimpressed, severely.

/e .... also hate all the motherfucks who otaku the shit out of the anime and are like "omg best evr liek zomg i watched bleach and naruto but this is betr"
