redoing an old sig, but got so far'n.. cant decide which part to use next

pros: render's actually visible. is nice render, but doesnt blend very well. could always just spend more time blending it, but iuno
cons: blocks the bg i rly rly like on the right, light on the sword/scarf mismatch the light source

cons: cant really tell wtf the original render was, but can subtley highlight parts i wan visible i guess.
i dont rly favor sticking a large softbrush/white lightsource over the top of the sig, it sorta.. fades it out too much for my liking
so idk how to justify lighting up the front of his armor in #2/3, since the 3 sources are coming from behind him.
needs lighting source
