i feel like law and luffy should be able to use haki to break the control of the spell. haki goes through other devil fruits. why not this one?

Err, Law's collar disapeared. you might say it was "hidden under his gay feather scarf thing" but, it's more likely that he's removed it already and switched himself and luffy with 2 rocks or something mid air.
