We get to see guys crushed by Gaara's sand, and arms ripped off.

I don't think it being a kids show is going to stop him from doing violent thigns and killings

idk exactly where, but it showed that Kabuto absorbed orochimaru

Well he isn't only in Kabuto , he is also in Sasuke since he has was absorbed, you can see in chapter 392 ( sasuske vs itachi ) fight that he is well alive.

So unless he has two concsience his charka is an entity of his own , how crafty ye are Orochimaru.
