the stronger people can't keep their masks up for too long... weaklings like hiyori, mashiro, and lisa are constantly having their masks on

their masks more than fell off because of reaching it's time limit imo...he's new to the whole vizard deal so he probably didn't know if they released it or what not.... if they did it of their own accord, they would've grabbed the mask and took it off... like what shinji did before battling aizen, or hiyori when fighting ichigo, or kensei when fighting that last menos....
