after that if it dosn't work just release/renew your provider in dos or if u use a router unplug your router and cable box for 5 minutes plug both back in done your provider will reset it completely
unless you use rogers as your provider than ya just pm/msn i'll tell you how to do it, it's such a bitch.

I have everything clear. It's not my phone I know. I just have a constant signal at 5 bars all the time and then it just disconnects for no reason. I use wireless and I know it can be affected by weather and such, but this happens on clear days no matter what the time.
