I actually looked at that pic and saw the volume date is November 2105.
It can't be November 21 2005 because SaW wasn't out then, so it can only be November 05 2021 or November X 2105, both are dates which haven't come to yet.
E.g, the pic is fake. The other possibility is that it's just a huge coincidence. Then again, I didn't see any other covers that had a drawn picture rather than a real person on front so it's probably fake.

To double checked I looked through PB site (suprisingly there was no nudity there ) and didn't find it.

Only thing I hated about SaW was the inconclusive ending, but I won't hate it for that anymore when season 2 comes out, because that will no longer be the end point.
