Now it makes sense..

I think Hyouzou will be an honorable opponent for zoro, and hell he may even end up helping the straw hats. But definitely not under the impression that he'd join (although him being a merman is a keen observation).

I would welcome him to the crew if he did, mind you. He's a pretty badass character. I just don't see it happening.

he is merman because his bottom half is that of a fish.. fishmen is top half and mermen are bottom half...

why do you think there is discrimination between mermen and fishmen? I mean after all fishmen can have mermen kids.. so discrimination really doesn't make sense.
