nah, I don't think aizen has any restrictions on garganta. The problem was that nobody in hueco mundo knows how to open a garganta.

aizen has 2 many secrets lets just get this moving and have him take his mask out and make a hollow hole and fight ichigo in his hollow form

i wouldnt be suprised if when each of the vaizards are defeated they turned into mega hollow like ichi did when he fought ulq
