heres the difference though
HON is DOTA with an entire group of funding and developers devoted to it.
Hellgate london cannot be compared to d2 at all, it was far too different
HON is exactly like dota.
Also, I've played alot on HON...and no, I don't pub stomp. I play good players every day, and I maintain a 2.5 KD with way more assists than kills. That's WITH me playing support heroes more than half the time (since its my favorite type to play)
I'm sure you play with a handful of guys who won't go to hon at the moment, but theres PLENTY of other leagues and pros who will, and when your friends realize they left, they will come too since dota will be empty.
