yes i seriously believe that. did you see him cough up blood in the fight? no, did you see him show signs that he's degraded in the fight? no.....him and shunsui are almost evenly matched, and shunsui got mopped the floor with as well.....if shunshui couldn't handle them when he was at "full strength", then i don't think ukitake's "full strength" that you're having delusions about actually exist... i think you're just let down that wonderweiss man-handled him so easily, even if it was kind of a sneak attack
