Nah, no one can say for sure who the #1 is. I've seen other drawings that had the so called "correct" numbers on there, and they were totally wrong.

well i didnt get to start reading until 298, when all this had already happened.....thought we were leading up to the grimmjowe/ichigo fight....yawn......About to say fuck this show for like 3 weeks until the filler wears off.......I mean, is ichigo gonna do nething to this guy but look stupid mugging at him w/his hollow mask on? Aww relax dude, the Rukia fight is over and hopefully we can get away from her charachter development for a while(not that I mind some back story but FFS we already did most of that). Besides, it has to start getting good soon as we are starting to see some action from the top Espada. Still somewhat curious about Ichigo fighting Ulquiora though, I too was under the impression that he was #1. To be honest that is the least of our problems. Renji takes it in the ass again, I mean come on, we built a fucking room to nullify your power?! Fucking trash! Are they gonna build a goddamned room to stop Ichigo from using his mask, I think not! Will they put some "spirit" duct tape over Kenpachi's eye? Hell no! This is absolutely rediculous when you consider it. Rukia can be near the brink of death and still win her fight because she remembered something Kaien said many years ago, but Renji who always has his focus and is the superior fighter gets techno-screwed? He's not even the most powerful of them all, so why him? Uryuu is far more cunning in his battles and Ichigo is clearly stronger, but no, we have to fuck the middle guy again just because we can...AFK raged

Calm down dude. I've read as far as the manga is to this point, and it's going to be MUCH, MUCH better in the next 10 episodes.

Just you guys wait. When they're done with this circle you're going to be crying about where the action went. We've seen "some" action from the Espada. I won't ruin it for you, but let's just say it gets exciting.
