Hunter x Hunter is still ongoing, it's just going to take forever. As long as it gets finished at some point in my lifetime, I'll be okay with it.

Berserk needs to be done correctly - The remake doesn't count because it's total fucking shit
Claymore needs to be continued
Deadman Wonderland needs to be continued
and I'd also like to see them continue Bleach.

Out of all 4 of those, I'm pretty sure Bleach will be the only one that'll get done.
