But those PKK's were low-noobs thats why they got defeated so easily.
Usually the PVP'ers are much stronger than those with PvE gear

I agree. Thats how it was in WoW back in the day at least, but long time since I played.

Not mention should be more experience in PvP combat.

Shiroe, Naotsugu and Akatsuki aren't your regular player, they all seem to have played Elder Tales quite a bit before this all happened.

Judging by the 82 warrior, the opponents weren't even max level. Not to mention just because a player does "difficult raids" does not mean they suck at pvp. I mean we can't necessarily compare mechanics like that. What if the best gear comes from raids in that game? Alot of MMO's I played had the best gear come from raids or even if it had pvp gear it came out substantially later after I quit.
