hajime no ippo,
i cried a little, some scenes is so touching, the protagonist is just heroic
attack on titan,
i tend to cry out of joy for terrifying stuff, im twisted i know but the carnages scenes are just so touching, you should watch it if you didnt, the titan eats the humans and they do it well

A few i've watched and felt emotional towards(not necessarily tear jerker)
Boku wa Tomadachi Ga Sukunai
Clannad
Eureka 7
Kanon(2006)
Lamune
Mirai Nikki(only a couple episodes have anything like a tear jerker)
Zero no Tsukaima

One Piece does have emotional points, but very few. The only GOOD emotional point in which makes you want to cry was when Going Merry was burned, and Ace died(which luffy's insta shock cry face made me laugh instantly over). The rest, might have pulled your emotions one way or another, but didn't make me want to cry. It's just well developed.
