The backgrounds are so incredibly detailed. I like how when people are walking, it looks more natural, like they're actually walking, not a looping walk cycle.
buuut then I dislike how it's so obviously rotoscoped, how the people appear as solid blobs, and not multiple forms (arms, legs, torso, shit they're holding, whatever) moving together fluidly. People just look like a single morphing blob.
Some of the faces are totally QUALITY, and since lolrscoped, outlines are constantly shifting during some scenes, and it's rather annoying as all the movement fucks with your focus.
I feel the exact same.
I wish I could like it, and that I appreciated the
art form [?]that this is.
Unfortunatly it just doesn't appeal to me, or for many modern anime-goers. It's a pass for me as of now.
