Okay facts we know about Superman and Goku:
They're both aliens.
They both have superhuman abilities (Goku has more)
They both have/had weaknesses. Superman has kryptonite and Goku had a tail which was cut off and therefore is not a weakness anymore. Also, later it was told that Saiyans are able to overcome the weakness caused by their tails, so even if Goku still had his tail he'd be able to overcome the weakness which it causes.
They can both power up. Superman can get stronger by absorbing the light of a yellow star. Goku can increase the strength of his spirit bomb by borrowing strength from pretty much any living being and more (various creatures, vegetation, planets and stars from all over the universe)
Conclusion: Superman isn't stronger and he isn't faster. He is inferior in every possible way.
And don't even bring up Superman's ability to "turn back time." That's like saying Goku is able to train in 100x earths gravity and Superman isn't able to simply because he never tried and we've never seen it. For all we know Goku would probably be able to turn back time more effectively than Superman with his inferior speed ever could.
