reading manga is hardly reading at all. a book normally contains much more literary content than its movie counterpart, but the opposite is true for manga and anime

OP just isn't the target demographic I guess...

I assume they don't care if one person likes something, as long as 100 others like it... Anime seems to becoming more popular (or maybe I'm just getting older?) so why not shoot for the largest audience you can, instead of just a small cult of people.

Expand your tastes to this anime generation of mass moeblobs/fan service, otherwise you might as well quit watching in general.

Only reason I dislike OP/Bleach/Naruto is because of the mass amounts of fillers and the plot takes forever. If there was fan service in a lot of fillers then I'd be good but the art style isn't attractive at all.

My type is loli/fan service/moeblob/school/slice of life. Guess what the majority of the new animes are?

Lucky me.

Also for my suggestion is my favorite series "Puella Magi Madoka Magica."

Besides, I'm 25 years old so age being a factor is moot.
