That was a joke, as far as I know. I don't see any wincest happening at this point. His harem is too full of other stuff to include his little sister. Also, no banging (at least yet).

Even though it's from an Eroge, I doubt there will be any 'fun'. It really looks like the ordinary romance/harem thingy.
