DBZ was a damn good show for what it was when it was released. A few other scores might be skewed slightly, but that's because every anime you listed is/was over hyped.

One piece never 'was'. It is. And it always will be. While your favorite shows are stuck in the gutters of 11th or below, one piece will always be #1. Because it is #1.
