It was sad, but yeah...they did the big final sequence of goodbyes.

Sabo could of survived. All it showed was the ship ruined by the cannonball.

I also would consider Bon Clay as MIA rather than KIA.

He was a loose prisoner who was cornered by the warden. So yes, he *could* be dead or he could have somehow survived / been re-imprisoned.

We also know that Megellan was defeated so BB could have entered the picture before Bon Clay was defeated. BB has no real reason to kill Bon Clay as long as he stays out of his way.

It's highly likely Bon Clay is alive.

Bon Clay was imprisoned, not killed. This was obvious.

I don't recall when robin was poisoned.

yeah.. but one of Dadan's guys said he saw the whole thing. sometimes you go by what other characters in the story see and not only by what is drawn.. and Luffy and Ace had already moved on from Sabo.. I don't think it would be a smart move to bring Sabo back from the dead.. I mean that was a pretty big eventful thing to happen in Luffy's life and just all of sudden bring him back would kind of ruin that. + that whole flashback seems pointless if Sabo died in it and then all of a sudden appears alive..

e/ basically if he is still alive then oda should have made that clear by showing him alive like at the end of the flashback.. that would have been okay.. like showing him alive unknown to Luffy and Ace.

It's funny when other mangaka bring back characters that were supposedly dead, people think it was a horrible move by the mangaka.. but if oda does it is just one of his genius twists... I'm sorry but if Sabo is still alive it isn't just one of the many twist... Too many people already predict Sabo being alive.. which just goes to show that it isn't much of a twist.. it is a cliche... an example of a genius twist would be how Brooke was one of the pirates that had Laboon as a nakama...

e/ i personally don't mind when mangaka keep a character alive.. after all a character adds much more to the story when he is alive and not dead.. lol.. but to me, Sabo is an important character to keep dead.
