People love comparing Manga and Anime, which is why people rage at anime a lot. Iunno I haven't hated One Piece ever still. And I dont read the manga. I do agree with LyZeR about the animation though. Toei needs to step that part up.

I like how Luffy continuously defies the rules of one piece and the world itself.
First he uses his devilfruit powers in the sea, and then he even creates fire in water.

spongebob and patrick built a fire under the sea, it can be done.
