The only way I can imagine it happening is if he gets absolutely stomped by someone and just before he is about to die he finally hears his zanpakutou calling out to him...
then he comes back from the brink of death, unleashes and rapes etc...

But I don't think he ever will, it's too central to his character that he doesn't know it etc.

and honestly, I don't think the author could make a shikai awesome enough for him. I would think his shikai would just be something that woudl stop them from blocking like nnoitra did so he can have fun in the fight.

you have to know your zanpakutou's name in order for it to be in shikai.



dude, they showed wonderweiss's appearance when aizen was hollowficationing him, he looked nothing like that thing
