I was pretty sure Zoro was always stronger than Sanji and Sanji will never come close. Zoro is Luffy's Right hand man and will stay like that. As for being equal to Luffy, whos to say. Many would argue that Zoro is stronger but you know what. They are both the toughest, coolest, and the best in the crew. Nuff Said.

I guess Luffy and Zoro are most powerful because all they do is fight. Every other crew member has some other job that they do.

I think you can. Compare what Sanji lives for and compare it to Zoro. That's enough proof for me actually. But there's many other factors that could be listed I believe, to show that Zoro is stronger. Sanji is very strong. Just not as strong.
