9 times outta 10 if a place is getting fucked up it's because luffy is fighting someone else.

Still too early to say. I remember trying to figure out who the bad guys were early on in the skypeia arc and enies lobby arc, didn't do me much good lol.

If I had to say, the next big enemy might just be that new head of the fishman pirates. Luffy also commented on how strong the octopus guy was, and he carries a sword. Good match for zoro...

Building it up, I'd say that the fishman pirates get involved and that guy with the sword who was apparently working with the princes is actually one of the pirates.

One thing about that, zoro's not immune to the poison like Luffy is. That means although zoro might end up winning in the end, he's going to end up getting really hurt all over again.
