I haven't seen the argument here but a lot of anime have garbage animations, especially the mid-ranged ones that are on a tight schedule to be pushed out because popular but not popular enough to get the budget they need. They usually fix it up for the dvd/bluray release though.

It is an extremely extremely common thing that happens in a lot of anime, to say it is unique to this one is both ignorant and idiotic.

Decent ep animation was actually pretty good. For a second there i thought goku was gonna transform. First ep in a while that actually shows how far ahead goku is.

decent ep.. was hoping gohan had a new transformation... like
