ok so my friend cant remember what the name of this manga he wants me to read...but here are some details that he gave me about it:
(not alot of detials but i hope someone can get a vague idea)

takes place at a school
has to do with magic
main character(i assume) can stop time
each student(and teachers?) have a mark on there body like an eye that determines there strength(small being weak and big being strong)
main character(i assume) has really small mark but ends up being formidable


thats absicly all the details he gave me of it -.-

any specific genre he can remember? Like romance, drama, comedy etc?

i need some recommendations guys, i wants to join manga guild
but i dont believe iv read enough, anyone have like a list of nice manga to read?
