anyone reading Medaka Box? the beginning reminds a bit of Yankee-kun to Megane-chan, eccentric student council president solving problems. from reading the synopsis I was like meh, but it has been pretty entertaining till now (chap 22).
ye it turns pretty good later... much more action and fights

Synopsis
Ten years ago, they took him in. He doesn't even know who. And for ten years, he has been confined in a private prison. He doesn't know why.
