Geez half this chapter was just repeating shit from the last chapter...
...and we have to wait another 2 weeks for the next

here's my theory of tobi... it's either:

he is obito and just making shit up so that sasuke will destroy the leaf village or some shit and kill it's council

or

he is madara using obito's body or he is actually madara and he only has one eye is because he stole one eye from his brother and he wants to kill the council because they were fearful of the uchiha's becoming too powerful and stuff so they wanted their annihiliation...they ordered itachi to kill the whole village but they allowed him to let one person live, and he chose his brother.....he wanted revenge on konoha and tobi convinced him that he'd help so he joined akatsuki and he is ashamed of what he has done so he wanted his brother to kill him.... madara saw that the village was becoming corrupted and the leaf village was suppose to honor the uchiha's and when he found out the councils were trying to hire an anbu who was exceptionally skilled to wipe them out, he sent the kyuubi to destroy the village, but that didn't work out because of the 4th hokage and so now he's trying to get sasuke to do it.

or something like that... it's getting interesting.

i think in the inside he is, but not the body he's in.

I think the same as kiba I think hes switching bodies er something
if it turns out that the bodie is obito then I think kakashi will end up getting the kill
