but i see a bit of a difference, but i can safely speculate that arlong could have changed that small bit over the time, the only real mystery in appearance is the nose

that's one thing oda hasn't changed much, the clothing/distinguishing accessories

they've had different clothing almost every arc(the SH)

i couldn't see a reason for arlong not to have changed clothes
