couple things im guessing,

Ram thinks subaru is betraying them because he is with the "enemy" of Emilia technically in this debate thing to decide who is ruler. and it doesnt help that Rem is not there, so maybe she goes crazy thinking he betrayed them and got rem executed, or number two. shes in the witchs cult too?

ppl are thinking he got put into the barrier because he had the gospel on him, so ram thinks he's part of the cult now

or you know it's because they entered Roswaals domain and Ram was meeting them on the edge to help with the village. just choose to show herself to Subaru specifically (maybe she wants to know where Rem is etc...)
they did say they sent a scout to the mansion to warn of what was going to happen.

And what do mean put into the barrer? He went in with rest of them, if it just detects people they would know this.

If it repels evil and the gospel lets people through. They would have already discovered that subaru wasn't part of the witches cult by bringing him through a load of times already (presumably searching him the first time or something).

I think you could be right about her going mental or something based on ice spell and evil look but i don't think it will make much sense. I guess if ram was away from home then see's subaru marching back in with an army. But she should have gone and warning the house rather than engaging them.

Anyway isn't ram weak, they've got a whole army can knock her out, tie her up then explain later ^^
