can someone sum up the facts?
because as far as i can see, the only facts are:
arlong's mark seems to be on the fishmen.
a weird version of the sunny pirates mark is also on them.
jimbei thought about arlong when he was freed.

if we go by what we were shwon in the past, arlong's nose should be intact.
saying looks change is speculation.

jawline? the outline of his facial structure?

stop trying to be a devil's advocate it doesn't work against me, i think my thinks through before i speak, now take this list of facts i have compiled

compare them to the maybe 1 fact the others compiled, the rest is speculation as well isn't it

to me, the brow looks different, and arlong didnt used to let his hair fall down in front of his face.
however, the images are similar, and we'd have to expect oda to make some changes to mask who it is.
