onegai teacher wasnt in my interest.... not too romance as i thought.
cowboy bebop has actiony romance imo.
dont know what others say but.

julia and spike's relationship=romance.

Well, if you say it is, I can live with the art style for a while. Not that I dislike it, just reminds me of a series I disliked.
