I'm having a hard time believing pikkon isn't canon lol. If something is filler it doesn't count as canon? Didn't pikkon make an appearance during buu saga as well when kid buu went crae crae?

cannon and filler are mutually exclusive, defined in a similar way, ie is it based on manga or made up for the anime

The green guy was a villain who killed Krillen in the original Dragon Ball series, which was why he was scared

Yes, when Buu went to grand Ki's planet we see Pikkon.

However pikkon isn't in the manga & therefore isn't considered canon

Ah sound, didn't want you thinking it was pronounced like darker. Although really random anyway was trying to think of the most evil sounding name on one of the first rpg style games i played (pso), but later found it was the name of a rally, city too apparently! Yep i'm sure people are really interested in my name origin :)
