the third light novel part is better though

Well, the first half of season one was actually fairly good in my opinion. If a little cliche with the whole lone wolf act, but regardless a decent anime. Then when it started getting into elf land it just turned to shit. So here's to hoping the second season somehow corrects the abhorrent arc that is now known to me as faggot elf land.

don't worry, instead of doing gungale they're just doing a reinterpretation of sao this winter

the elf land has a lot more to do with everything in the light novel.

it's been confirmed that it is a 2 hour special btw..
