i do, but Hellsing is not like that. it's gory true, but it's got a nice story. and i know for a fact that you will love the female lead (Seras Victoria)

Vampire Hunter D is a classic. seriously. and it's not just gore either.

Bell liked Berserk. (she disliked the ending, cuz the story isn't finished, and she's gotta read the rest in the mangas)

Witch Hunter Robin is your kinda show imo.

Berserk / Hellsing are awesomeness, and you should try em.

Hellsing doesn't have a female lead (as such), but 2 women take a very prominent role in the story. Seras Victoria = the new recruit/vampire and Integra Hellsing = the boss.

Berserk does have romance. It's just not very romantic, if you know what i mean. there's no giggles, no blushing, no playing coy...
