What difference would it make if the eyes on his arms went blind anyways. It's not like he's using them to see. xD

it would mean he could never use the technique again. if they recharge then he can use it again, he just has to wait

once they close they are never able to reopen the get sealed and cant be used any more, one would assume he has plenty more tho in storage


i know madara has at least 70+ eyes in storage but i read manga :D
