They should resurrect and recruit Frieza, and ask him to train even above golden form. Then whole arc after tournament where they have to defeat him xd

Frieza's ultimate evolution form surpasses ssj blue. Goku had already mastered the ssj blue form by then while Friezas ultimate evolution form wasn't. He didn't bother training to master it and left right away after obtaining the form. Only drawback was it depleted his ki fast since it wasn't mastered and he was beating goku up in his mastered ssj blue form

Frieza's arrogance has always been his undoing
It's already known that his ultimate forms consumes energy faster so he should have trained more in his new gold form

This tourney is looking sick. Curious to see how strong 18/17 can get.

Also, it'd be awesome if Goku managed to hit blue before the tourney. Still though, from what we've seen, you can't imagine universe 7 has any chance of actually winning this one. Seems like something else has to happen for the tournament to get stopped, or for them to not go forward with the punishment. It's just not DB style for them to introduce us to 100 new characters and then kill them all lol.
