First anime in a while I've enjoyed. Read plot synopsis and was like 'nah, no need another sword art online' but it's actually really good and nothing like SAO.

Feel bad for Rem though. Subaru should get with her. She's real waifu material. Fuck Emilia... I mean who is she even? No character development at all.

they changed a very nice detail that was written in the LNs, where rem tricked subaru so he confessed he loves her

i have a feeling she won't listen to Subaru and rush back to be by his side.
which could lead to her death since she's not top form after that battle with the whale.
