Yep, myself and Lordhenry have been having this discussion for a long time.

Seems likely. For starters Seretei was governed by 46 people who were isolated from the rest of Soul Society, seems shady to start. The Central 46 wanted Toshiro and the other kid to fight to the death for posession of Hyourinmaru. They also erased the records of the kid after he died. Soul Society makes mod souls to fight their battles for them. Soul Society decides the mod souls suck and exterminates them. Soul Society makes the bounto. Soul Society decided that they sucked too so they try to hunt and kill them all aw well. Captain Commander knew all about the dude in Lurichiyos house making the forbidden swords and didn't do anything. Sure I'm forgetting at least one or two additional skeletons in the closet of good ol' Soul Society, but IMO that's enough to call it corrupt. Maybe Aizen really isn't the bad guy...

They are probably isolated so that people can't seek revenge on them after they got judged.

Every bleach movie was a filler, so I will go ahead and ignore this because it doesn't matter in the actual story.

The soul society made mod souls then decided to destroy them after they realized they made a mistake for some reason.

The bounts were 100% filler, so I will ignore this as well.

Lurichiyo was filler as well, and doesn't matter in the actual story arc.

So genocide is acceptable when contained in a filler arc?

This does not count Mayuri openly admitting to Ishida that he experimented and killed all the remains of his people. Since Mayuri is still a captain, it seems Soul Society doesn't exactly disapprove of his actions.......
