Yeah I started thinking the same thing when he said "These guys are crazy... they're doing the opposite of what they should etc." I think Cariboo is the type who takes a liking to people who go against the grain. Luffy did say he wanted a ~10 person crew.

People are waay over glorifying haki, it's really annoying.

It's an important and necessary arrow in Luffy's quiver but it isn't the be-all end-all as to why things happen and where luffy pulls much his strength from.

i disagree, and his crew isn;t dead? they floated to the surface while surrounded in bubble? i think caribou will temporarily join them and try to fight usopp 1 on 1, and lose horribly when usopp shows his armaments haki

I hate to be the constant naysayer here but I'm gonna go on a limb and doubt that usopp has armaments haki this early in the series, or potentiall at all.

i think so, living in nature, where everything there can kill him(like luffy's experience) im sure he's devoloped some kind of haki, and i believe armaments fits him the best,
