If it doesn't rain that specific day it will rain the next day, or like today at lunch when it started slowly drizzling outside, luckily it was my lunch break at work so I raced home, put it in the garage thought I won,

but no......it just stopped for time being and waited.....

its true
the reason is because of the gloss black has a more reflective gloss than white does
so basically the dirt you see is dirt that is obscuring light reflection if theres less light reflection theres less show
