but databook doesn't come out to replace chapters. Databook is something totally different. It is kinda like wikia made by the mangaka =P. There are no fillers in a manga serialization.
i take that back. sometimes once in a blue moon you will get a chapter that is like chapter 32.5 and it has nothing to do w/ what is going on in the storyline and it usually has like 5 - 8 pages. Like the special chapter that came out w/ the new Fairy Tail chapter last week. but they dont come out by themselves and includes a regular chapter as well =P
e/ databook is like Jump itself. the Databook is a whole magazine w/ just One Piece info in it and only part of it can be translated at a time. If mangastream waited until the whole databook project was done you'd have to wait like 6 months to a year to get the whole thing. lol..
