lol are you retarded? i agreed that tousen wanted to kill zaraki in my post in response to lordhenry 1 page ago......yes he did want to kill zaraki, but he dragged the fight out longer than he should've..... he could've just aimed straight for the heart or brain and kill kenpachi (or aim in the place that kensei got stabbed)....instead he slashes the skin in insignificant areas instead of stabbing straight for the vitals.....if you listen to my advice and rewatch episode 53, you'd know what i was talking about and would stop being so ignorant....yes i believe that .. even kenpachi wouldn't be able to be conscious after stabbed that far.... if kensei (who's more muscular than zaraki imo) couldn't withstand a stab, i doubt kenpachi could either.....if you re-watched episode 53, you'd realize how much cockyness tousen had in him and how he spent half of his time talking and doing random slashes....how he felt there was no way zaraki could win.... watch it and you'll see.....how does kenpachi get hit by the first couple (not sure how many because after 3 slashes it went back to showing renji and then came back) and then start dodging all of the hits? this is because he LEARNED of a way to dodge it..... do you know what LEARNING is? from the time he was in tousen's bankai and after the first couple cocky slashes, kenpachi learned of a way to dodge tousen's attacks and eventually defeat him.... no matter how thick kenpachi's skin may be, there's no way he can stop a stab directly to the heart...especially considering tousen was stabbed his sword through kenpachi after awhile in a desperate attempt meaning that his sword can pierce zaraki's skin....so he coulda just pierced it in zaraki's heart from the beginning when zaraki knew nothing of the bankai or any way to dodge an attack and win.....in the fight vs nnoitara, zaraki is able to see attacks and dodge from experience...also, do you not know how much time has passed since then? how much stronger he could've gotten after the fight with ichigo motivated him to become stronger?...not only that, but he was getting SLASHED, NOT STABBED....there's a great difference between the two.

Do you honestly think that kensei could survive a stab better than zaraki could? Zaraki was already cut up and still cut tousen after he got ran through by his sword WITH AN ATTACK THAT WAS INTENDED TO KILL HIM. Did you not see him get run through, stab tousen, then remain conscious and slash him again? The reason is simply because zaraki is tougher than them and can probably take a cut better than anybody in the series.

but honestly cyba, your annoying when you get like this because you start thinking everybody else on this forum is retarded because they don't agree with you.

You seem to also think that a slash can't be as deadly as a stab, which is just plain wrong. I won't even bother explaining why.

Tousen shouts something along the lines of "letting you live is to dangerous" right before he stabs him. So I would bet that he was trying to kill him. For that matter, chances are he wasn't even trying to kill Kensei since they were all being used as test subjects. Can't really be sure though, but the fact is that they both took the same attack and zaraki didn't pass out and almost keel over.



Zaraki didn't even try to dodge it, so it definitely hit a vital spot.

Yep, tousen died to naruto after rainbow rasen shuriken.

zaraki was prepared for the stab.. he wanted to get stabbed.... kensei however was caught off-guard and couldn't mentally/physically prepare himself.....yes, the attack was intended to kill him... but if you look at the positioning of the stab, it was to the bottom of the abdomon left-area... tell me, what vital organ is in this area? i'm pretty sure anyone can survive a hit to this area.... it is much too far away from the heart.... tousen is blind so i wouldn't question the fact of him missing even though he intended to kill .......lol kid you think you're the shit... this is why i attack you... i attack those that think they "know it all" or attack me... lordhenry attacked me thinking he knows everything so i attack back, you attacked me with the same degree, so i attack back... it's basic human nature. learn about it.....yes, slashes can be deadly if given ample force behind it... but a stab is much more precise and much more effective ... why don't you try it... try doing a 1 slash through your hand with a knife and see how far it goes.... then try stabbing/jamming the knife through your hand and see how far it goes..... slashing clearly doesn't go through the entire hand before of the force difference... however if you decrease the surface area which is done by stabbing, you are able to increase the impact of the knife which is important if you wish to aim towards a vital...you can see this at the beginning of the fight... tousen wasn't serious at all, he was just messing with kenpachi.... then after he realizes that he might lose, he now tries to stab.... care to explain this phenomenon? .....yes, i'm not arguing that tousen didn't want to kill tousen, but tousen is dragging the fight on too long that zaraki is able to find a way to defeat him....i'm saying if he just used his first hit to target straight for zaraki's main vitals (if you look at zaraki, he was clueless of what was going on at the beginning), tousen could've sneaked a victory easily....i think what tousen means by him not dodging is that he didn't dodge the stab..... zaraki could've moved a little bit to make the stab go somewhere that it wasn't intended... even zaraki knows his limits... he doesn't want to die at this point.
