And Usopp is the one who keeps talking about killing another person when he is upset. I do not see why he would not get stronger since he has a dangerous personality. But idk that's just Usopp.

The straw hat crew wouldnt be enojyable without someone like usopp .. the whole point is to have different personalities in the crew.

Iirc Sanji, Luffy and Zoro were around the same height if you look at them in older episodes. Luffy was definitely taller than Nami
