It was a good chapter. Went more in depth why pain is doing all of this. That and we finally got to see what his actual body looks like now. Dude needs to eat more.

Sasuke could barely fight on even ground with Itachi while he had a disease.

Itachi had mangekyu, Sasuke didn't, but I still agree with you that I think Itachi would have been better if he was well, even without the mangekyu.

What is it Nagato might have?

Itachi had mangekyo because he was better than sasuke, and in the end, it didn't come down to mangekyo because sasuke overcame it.

The fact that itachi had more jitsu than sasuke isn't an argument you can make in a ninja battle
