i'm just trying to get through the game. since i swear i couldn't find it anywhere, when/how does togepi evolve? trying to decide if it's worth a shit, or if i should just get a random stone and evolve the eevee... and screw EV training until i get through the game. if there's really any problems with it, then there's always the concept of someone making a bunch of ng's and feeding off all the starter, and ofc going through to get the eevees for each type...

Togepi evolves when you have max friendship w/ it. The togepi you get first isn't worth it really, I evolved it, then breeded it w/ a ditto and evolved that togepi @ lvl 1. Do the same w/ eevee, breed it w/ a ditto so you can get all forms
