hows he supposed to know luffy trained for several years?

and doesnt that make luffy idiot too? for being not known pirate and occasionally challenging guys who at the first sight seem lots of stronger?

^^ yeah.. I think Oda just wanna show exactly how strong they've become. and that pirates like Caribou won't be any issue anymore. But nobody knows yet :) Maybe Caribou has haki too (doubtful) -.- I'd say only haki users would be a problem now... Which seems to be plentiful of in the new world.

Luffy is an idiot, this has been proven several times.

To go on an enemy pirate ship with all their crew being there, that takes a trick up the sleeve.

i think his trick was a gatling gun to mow the straw hats down with but the cow ran away obv so no gatling gun

the bounty dont affect much how strong the person is. Even 40m can beat 400m -> Natural enemy

anyway. Kuma was 320m and he beat all of them easily. you think luffy with 400m + 2 years cca 600m = 2x kuma??
