they didn't really reveal the top 3 besides the few short moments, the scene with Stark didn't even last more than a minute so they didn't really "reveal" him..

christ, maybe something will actually happen outside of that crappy espada place.

Aizen obviously wanted to draw out and weaken most of the threats to his plan, hence why he let all of the fights take place. With Kenpachi, Ichigo, Byakuya torn up from battle, there's only a handful of potentials left who could stop him from destroying the town.
